Viewers can expect to see local marching bands, 40-foot tall balloons, and a variety of other entertainment lining the streets of downtown Stamford on Sunday, Nov. 20 at 12 p.m.

2. Manchester Road Race:

The event for thanks giving in Connecticut takes place from East Center Street to Lenox Street to Center Street from Wednesday, November 23 (Midnight) to Thursday, November 24 (estimated 1:00 p.m.). There will also be no parking on Main Street from Center Street to Hartford Road from Wednesday, November 23 (Midnight) until the roadway reopens following race clean up.

The Manchester Road Race Is 4.748 miles long and takes place on November 24th, 2022.

MRR Sports Expo & Little Manchester Road Race, Manchester High School, Saturday, November 19, 8:30 a.m. – 3 p.m.

Fleet Feet West Hartford, Monday, November 21, 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Tuesday, November 22, 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., Manchester’s Urban Lodge Brewery

On race day, only bib pickup will be available.

Cone Gym, Bennet Academy, 8:00 a.m. – 9:15 a.m.

1. Stonington Village Farmers’ Market:

Stonington Farmers’ Market is the place to go for fresh vegetables, flowers, and pie for your Thanksgiving Day in Connecticut feast. This farmers’ market in quaint Stonington has a minor count of stands selling high-quality locally-grown produce, flowers, and baked goods that are worth the journey. The farmers’ market is held indoors at the Velvet Mill from November to April, and outdoors by the Stonington Docks from May to November.
