Rosa Mexicano Restaurant coming to Blue Back Square in Connecticut || One more addition to the Blue Back Square Restaurants

Rosa Mexicano Restaurant would be coming to Blue Back Square in West Hardford in Connecticut in 2022. It is expected to come to the prominent space at 51 Isham Road, across from the Cheesecake Factory. Rosa Mexicano first made its mark on the New York City dining scene on the Upper East Side. They currently have locations in New York’s Lincoln Center and Union Square area. Also they have restaurants in Hackensack, NJ and Oxon Hill in MD. Also their latest addition was at 155 Seaport Boulevard in Boston in 2012. After that they would be coming to Connecticut and it would add to ever increasing options for people of Connecticut.

Rosa Mexicano offers a contemporary interpretation of authentic Mexican cuisine, an “elevated fiesta” deeply rooted in the heritage and techniques of Mexico’s richly varied culinary regions. Rosa Mexicano is also known for their wide array of tequila and mezcals. Also it’s iconic Frozen Pomegranate Margarita would be something you would drool over.

Also the dessert here at Rosa Mexicano is something everyone would die for and here comes the opportunity for Connecticut to have it’s fair share.

With this addition the list of blue back square restaurants continues to grow and blue back square in connecticut establishes itself as the place to go for dining in all occasions and all weathers. The list of blue back square stores and food in blue back square is something that continues to attract everyone in CT. The interior of the new restaurant will be as vibrant as the food and drink. The Blue Back Square space has been vacant since Bar Louie abruptly closed in January 2020 amid a Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing.
