Windsor Locks murder-suicide identified to be John liquori and Cindy liquori

The couple who bought roomful of toys for a raffle three years ago, at Christmastime allegedly are dead now which is considered to be a murder-suicide that happened on the Christmas night. The Liquoris sponsored Santa’s visit to the Waterside Village shops in Windsor Locks. Windsor Locks police on Sunday identified the dead in a murder-suicide on Christmas night as a Suffield couple.

John Liquori and Cindy Liquori stayed at 900 suffield st suffield ct, were found dead in a Dale Street home after police received a 911 call at about 6 p.m. on sunday, police said. As per sources, Cindy Liquori was dog sitting at her mother’s house as her mother was in hospital being treated for COVID-19. 




John Liquori had called Cindy’s brother and indicated what he was about to do, and the brother came to the house and discovered the bodies and was not able to do much to change the course. John Liquori was a divorce attorney with offices in Suffield, CT. Working as a family court attorney for 33 years and he was listed as attorney of record on many cases on the state judicial branch website.

Cindy Liquori was the owner of Cindy’s Soap Cottage in East Windsor. John Liquori also was listed on state documents as part of the LLC that owns the store. The couple had one child. Police is currently investigating the case and more details to be disclosed pretty soon.
