Where to watch the 4th of July Fireworks in Litchfield County this Long Weekend!!!
There is no better use of time on a warm summer evening than watching fireworks with friends and family! We’ve compiled a list of the most popular fireworks displays in Litchfield CT this summer, from the coast to the countryside. Please check the weather forecast before going to any Litchfield CT fireworks displays. This is the preliminary list, which includes the majority of the fireworks scheduled for the long Fourth of July weekend.

5. Cornwall:
The fireworks display for the Cornwall Summer Music Fest will take place on the Town Hall Green following the festival, which runs from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The Town Clerk’s Office is direct across from the Green.

4. New Milford:
The fireworks display will begin at 9:30 p.m. on the New Milford Town Green. The rain date for only fireworks is July 9. The ceremony begins at 6:30 p.m., followed by live music by Songhorse at 7 p.m. The Town Green
An exhibition will take place at 6:30 p.m., followed by a performance by the band Songhorse at 7 p.m. and fireworks at approximately 9:30 p.m. The rain date is set for July 9.
The event is hosted by the Town of New Milford and the New Milford Chamber of Commerce.

3. Salisbury:
At 9 p.m., there will be fireworks at Lime Rock Park. The rain date is July 2nd.

2. Kent:
At 9:30 p.m., fireworks will be started up over Lake Waramaug. September 4 is the rain date. At 9 p.m., there will also be the Rim-the-Lake flare lighting tradition.
They will be handing out flares for free (while requesting a donation at the location), so keep an eye out for various tables around the Lake in the weeks leading up to the event.

1. Litchfield:
At 9:30 p.m., there will be fireworks at Litchfield High School. Parking passes are $20 per vehicle. You can register for the event and learn more about it on the website. There are 200 parking spaces available at Litchfield High School and Litchfield Intermediate School for viewing the fireworks shortly after 9 p.m. Pre-registration is required and costs $20 per car. The rain date is set for July 8. If the event is rescheduled for a later date, there will be no refunds.
