Turtle Back Zoo Christmas Lights : Something to Plan with Kids this Winter!!!

Holiday lights are every where all around Connecticut. But there are some special ones which are going to be attracting kids this festive season. And one of these is not that far from Connecticut. This is turtle back zoo Christmas lights and should be in the list of places to visit this December. It’s in New Jersey and just few hours drive from CT. Some of the great attractions here include Weekend Santa Visits Train, Carousel, Reptile House, Essex Farm and Pony Rides.

You can take a stroll this winter through the Essex County Turtle Back this Holiday season with the sparkling lights which has over 50 winter and animal characters. You have lots of food options here including Pizza Truck and Coffee Cart. The Cafe is also open and can be a great place to hang out inside the Zoo.

Admission is free here but donation is recommended to help the zoo.
