The Angry Egg: Not just any ordinary Breakfast Joint!!!

Stephen and Elizabeth Hall opened their first restaurant, The Angry Egg, in Manchester in 2017. They opened their second site, The Angry Egg Two, at 467 Main St, Bennington, four years later. The Angry Egg isn’t your average breakfast spot; instead, it brings style and authenticity to the table. The concept has proven to be so successful that they have opened their second restaurant in just four years.

How it all started:

For the past 20 years, Stephen Hall, 42, has been cooking. He assisted in the opening of Carbone’s in Connecticut, so he realized it would be difficult to launch his own restaurant. Stephen and Liz Hall, a seasoned restaurant pair, are eager to bring fresh, regional dishes to the Downtown Manchester District. Stephen, a former chef at Carbone’s kitchen and sous chef at Cavey’s, and his wife Liz, a former Cavey’s dining room manager, bring a wealth of knowledge to the table.
