Los Charros is accessed via the building’s back entrance, while The Essex is accessed via the stone front vestibule.
Bringing his passion for the authenticity and spice of ethnic Mexican cuisine in the style of a finely tuned taqueria that honors the heritage of all seven regions of the food-centric country. Layering is the foundation of flavors ranging from salsas to moles, proper organic heirloom corn from Oaxaca, and a genuine appreciation for the region’s peppers and cheeses. This fun and the casual new concept will be served in the current space’s open kitchen, bar room, and newly added al fresco dining area.
