Most Connecticut museums and attractions are free for children ages 18 and under and one accompanying adult. In this article, we will discuss some of the most amazing Railroad and Trolley museums in Connecticut that are free to visit.
Here are the guidelines before you visit the museum:

Since 1971, the Valley Railroad Company, which operates the Essex Steam Train & Riverboat, has served the lower Connecticut River Valley. Their company’s mission is to preserve their state’s rich mechanical, industrial, and transportation heritage by continuously operating vintage steam and diesel locomotives and passenger coaches, as well as operating and maintaining the facilities and infrastructure that support these. The Shore Line Trolley Museum, its collection of street railway vehicles, and the existing mile and a half long segment of the Branford Electric Railway are all part of the Branford Electric Railway Historic District, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
