Devon Bridge Milford CT : Worker hurt after falling through Stratford bridge

The woman, an employee of the contractor repairing the bridge, was rescued by firefighters using ropes and taken to Bridgeport Hospital for treatment. The fire department’s high-angle rope rescue was described as “very uncommon,” but the department was trained and ready to use it.
