5. Southbury Strawberry Festival 2022, Southbury, June 11:
The United Church of Christ, Southbury, welcomes the society to the 46th Annual Strawberry Festival, which will be held on the spacious church green adjacent to the church, located at 283 Main Street North, in Southbury, CT, on Saturday, June 11th, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Rain date: June 12th).
Fresh strawberry shortcakes with homemade whipped cream, musical performances by Nick DePuy and Judy Pancoast, home-baked goods, grilled burgers as well as hot dogs, food trucks showcasing Lobster Tails, Flaco’s Tacos, and Ben & Jerry’s ice cream, a plant sale, raffle prizes, children’s games and activities, a real live fire truck and ambulance, and 20+ vendors and craftsmen for super shoppers. 4. 2022 Cheshire Strawberry Festival and Craft Fair, Cheshire, June 11:
The Cheshire Strawberry Festival’s main attraction is, of course, Strawberry Shortcake, but what makes it special and unique to Cheshire is its Craft Fair and the Cheshire Community Expo, where local businesses and organizations can connect with the community. The only way to participate is to apply through their website’s online application.
They are looking forward to returning on June 11th to celebrate Summer, Community, Great Food, Live Music, Fun and Games for Kids, and Strawberry Shortcake. The event, sponsored by the First Congregational Church of Cheshire, will take place on June 11th, 2022, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Their craft fair and community expo will also return. Come with them! 3. Brown’s Harvest, Windsor, 18th and 19th June:
Since the mid-nineteenth century, six generations of the Brown family have farmed in and around Windsor, Connecticut. The Brown family has grown a variety of crops over the years, including potatoes, strawberries, various vegetables, and CT Valley Shade Tobacco, which is sold internationally.
Today, they grow Broadleaf Tobacco for fine cigar wrappers, as well as Asparagus, new acres of Strawberries and Blueberries, and vegetables and pumpkins on over 175 acres.

2. Strawberry Festival, Lyman Orchards, Middlefield, 18th June:
There’s no better way to kick off the summer season than by attending the Lyman Orchards Strawberry Festival! On Saturday, June 18, 11 am-4 pm, it’s all happening at the Apple Barrel Farm Market!
Slewfoot will perform live music, there will be a Strawberry Jam Demonstration, Horse-Drawn Hayrides, Henna by Elyse, a Petting Farm, and The Jones Apiaries Honey Farm will be on site. Lucy Winn, the 2022 American Honey Bee Queen, will make an appearance, and they’ll be as busy as bees baking their freshly-made Strawberry Shortcakes and their new signature line of Bakery Ice Cream sundaes!
Freshly roasted nuts and Jeff’s Kettle Corn will also be available for snacking, or stop by the Apple Barrel Farm Market deli for lunch!

1. 50th Strawberry Festival, Monroe, June 18th and 19th:
They are a thriving congregation with numerous opportunities to connect with God and others. Their Sunday worship service begins at 10:00 a.m. Their sanctuary is handicapped accessible, and their ushers can provide large print bulletins.
